frankly, i think, all the qualities can guarantee nth,
and what is good and bad qualities are highly subjected to dispute.
Furthermore, one's qualities definitely will change from time to time and I always believe that nothing is permanent.

More importantly, i think love is always without clear explanation,
if you need a lot of logic and reasoning to deduce why you fall in love with this person, then probably this is no true love.

anyway, all the best to your fetch in a nice girl.
