致各位主內姊妹,

今日當我看見壇主上載公教報關於同性戀的一篇文章,文中提及「拗直治療」的可行性及成功的機會,不難發現字裏行間都將「同性戀可以被『拗直』」這個觀點表露無違。但事實上,有一件事必須要明白,就是「愛一個人」這一份情感是永遠無法被「治好」的。雖然平日大家去Mass時又或者參與聚會時,其他教友都好像沒有特別歧視我們,但這份公教報足以證明教會尚未接納我們。如果您看到這裏只覺憤怒的話,那不必看下去了,離教可也;但如果您是希望教會內多一份尊重,多一份包容的話,我希望大家可以用自己的辦法又或是集合各位的力量讓湯漢樞機及其他教友聽見我們的聲音。
p.s.方法已想好,歡迎各位pm從長計議。

我也是天主教徒，也很理解你的憤怒。不過，個人認為這篇文章的作者只是點出了某領域的人的看法，似乎不能代表天主教會的立場，有趣的是作者自己亦沒有表態。

其實我冇嬲

我係一名born catholic,但係對於研究基督宗教嘅各大教會都有好濃厚嘅興趣,而且我只係想做一D我認為正確嘅事,向樞機表明我地嘅立場並唔係為左響教會「搞革命」又或者要得到乜野好處,只係簡簡單單表明立場,話比大家知「愛一個人」呢份情感係永遠無法被「治好」,僅此而已.

It's just my personal sharing/view about Catholicism/Christianity...

I am raised in a Catholic girls' school and I recently converted my faith from atheism to Christianity.

I have my strong homosexual desire, which is a sin, that I've acknowledged starting in P.6, year 2001. Last year, God came into my life and truly helped me, I was not attached to church or any institutional advice. I truly feel God's love and grace when I knelt down to my knees, praying to Him that I needed help and He was the only one who can help me.

The whole reason that I was an atheist, is my fear for "institutional faith", I think religion is a belief, and I believe that my faith in God will guide me the right path that He has planned for me, not someone who claimed to be the "manager/director of a religion" (like a multinational corporation).

I am also curious when you often mentioned "born catholic", what's so special about this that you've to name yourself this way? Are you forced into Catholicism, is that what you're trying to say?

well, you do know that having strong desire is a sin all on it's own, homosexual or any otherwise.

"Born Catholic", my understanding is when one get baptized as a baby, meaning born into Catholicism. When he / she grows older, they go to Sunday school, learn the bible. Then, when they are ready, there comes the first communion. Supposedly, 嬰兒領洗是有福的, so, it's very special. I got baptized as a baby as well.
