"消費" 會唔會是一種沈淪,  直至到失去咗"自己"



訂了一季　又到下季
為何人大了就要成為工作的奴隸
最愛作的不可發揮
我的感覺　逐漸流逝
從前曾話過要如何欣賞世界的美麗
現在只懂得放假去消費
＊如果繼續這樣　我還是我嗎？　
我還喜歡我嗎？
或者我應該死去吧　
總好過變得更差
如果繼續這樣　你還願意嗎？　
和我奏著結他？
日子不應該這樣吧　
而現實就是這樣可怕

感同身受.

如果我們回想消費主義未侵蝕的過去時侯,人是甚樣消磨時間作個比較,會不會對消費有對抗方法?

-->我想, "消費主義"一直都存在. 唔係點有繁華夜上海, 胭脂扣時代如花十二少呢D野
如果用廣告來比較,以前的廣告好直接好簡單, 賣花讚花香. 現代的廣告呀MARKETING呀PR呀層出不窮. 呢三味野絕對係谷行消費主義. 好似一個手機品牌, 同時有唔同LINE然後定時定侯就SELL唔同型號. 你有一部IPHONE4, 好快又心郁想試下三星S4或HTC ONE, 個風氣是要最新最好. 明明用緊果個手機未爛, 日日出街都見好多PROMOTION.

就算打開報紙雜誌, 都有好多軟性宣傳, 都有好多撩起慾望(食, 娛樂, 時裝)

記得有個訪問訪問曾智偉. 佢話去台灣修行, 一返香港就好自然成個人聲色犬馬, 人都燥底D.

呢幾年香港開始有D壯年青年反思消費主義, 追求"可持續性"的生活, 追求綠色, 追求消費時都要想下社會責任等等.

I don't understand, 消費 == spending, no?

If there is no spending, there is no growth in the economy.  Economy doesn't grow, people will lose their jobs, people lose their jobs, they'll have no money to spend.  See how we are stuck in this vicious cycle?  As the old saying goes, you have to spend money to make  money.

消費變成生活全部是現代人的問題.

過度消費的出現,心靈及行為都用消費去滿足,人都是空的.

有錢可以消費又有甚麼意義.

正如,不過唔好死.

消費變成生活全部是現代人的問題. --> I'm sorry, this is a little too abstract, I don't quite understand. Would you elaborate a little more?

從前曾話過要如何欣賞世界的美麗 --> okay, what was your course of actions to achieve this?  Or you planned to stand in front of your windows and say "ahhh...such a beautiful world"?

現在只懂得放假去消費 --> well, isn't this another way to appreciate how beautiful the world is?

簡單而言是不斷的東西,生活大部份時間都在消費 -->  Yeah, this I agree, rent, electricity, gas, food, getting on the internet...

放工去購買,放假去購買,快樂去購買,傷心去購買,有錢更要去購買.. ---> I don't do this, I only buy what I need.  

唔好行街去郊外行好唔好???? ---> ha, I actually prefer going to parks, camping than shopping.  I absolutely hate shopping.

what is the another way to appreciate how beautiful the world is? -- well, just sit back, not to make a mountain out of mole hill and stop complaining about everything.  You'll be amazed, how beautiful the world is.

rent, electricity, gas, food 不是消費,是生活必須.

主觀永遠都是主觀?
開始已經落入子非魚焉知魚之樂嘅argument了. 反思社會是好, 但又好多時落入我才是正確皇道的人性傾向. 好似D人食素就覺得唔食的人是殺生是不環保, 信耶穌的人覺得唔信的是有罪一樣. 這樣是很危險的

rent, electricity, gas, food 不是消費,是生活必須. --->  ok, i'll give you this, but, but, how about your isp cost?  Getting on the internet isn't necessity, how about your cable tv?  Oh what about, air conditioning?  Do you have air conditioning at home?  I don't, I almost died in the heat wave we received last week, 38 degree during the day and 25 after mid night.  I admit, I'm just an average Jane, I drive to work, used to bike to work,but getting lazy.  I used to have 2 tv's, and I use computer every day.  I'm not holy, hence don't have the holier than thou feeling.

I really want to know how come you get your internet connection free.  You can't just cherry pick the question you want to discuss.  If your connection is included in your rent, then you are still paying for it.  Or better yet, you own the isp company, then it's even more...should I say, hypocrite?

Yeah hypocrite...your original question is 除了消費,難道沒有其他? and internet connection is part of 消費, so you are doing it, and yet, keep harping on people should have better thing to do than 消費.  And that my dear, is hypocrisy at its finest
